In the ancient Ayurvedic practice known as Swarnaprashan children are given liquid gold (Swarn). Included in the traditional Indian medical system, this procedure is thought to offer several health benefits Swarnaprashan focuses on holistic health and development of children.

Swarnaprashan components:

Swarn Bhasma: Gold refined.
Honey: Sweetener and carrier.
Ghee: Promotes better absorption. Vacha, Brahmi, Shankhapushpi, and Ashwagandha are Herbal Extracts.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

👉 Given on Pushya Nakshatra day or on a regular basis (daily,weekly, monthly), in most cases.
